## Research Interests

Mathematical modeling of biological phenomena is one of the fastest growing areas in applied mathematics. My research areas deal with designing and analysis of biological phenomena. It includes that

Biological (DNA, RNA secondary and protein folding) structures
Data analysis (dynamics of transcription elongation) in biology.

I am also interested in mathematics of thermodynamics :

  Phase-field modeling, (Allen--Cahn and Cahn--Hilliard equations)
Geometric evolutions, (mean curvature flow, volume preserving mean curvature flow).
